Porter Brockway has a background with the federal government and non-profit areas within Washington, DC. He is currently a 2nd year MBA candidate that is transitioning to the product management and supply chain fields and plans to return to Amazon after a success summer internship with the company. In the long-term, Porter hopes to join the private rocket industry and help drive down costs to encourage further development in the field.
Steve is a 7-year Navy veteran where he served as a Surface Warfare Officer. His MBA concentration is in General Management and Data Analytics and hopes to pursue a career in operations management. In his free time he enjoys fishing, skiing, and playing with his dog.
Rob graduated in 2011 from the Smith School of business with a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management and International Business. Upon graduation he joined Stanley Black and Decker’s leadership program where he had a verity of roles helping to tackle programs facing the organization both domestically and internationally. After completed the 2-year leadership program he assumed the role of Global Process Manager – Spare Parts where he worked globally on both strategy / process improvement initiatives ranging from IT implementation, global sourcing redevelopment, and best practice sharing.
Achal Bhushan is a consultant turned supply chain professional with a strong interest in process optimization. He’s currently a 2nd year MBA candidate at the Univerisity of Maryland focusing on supply chain and data analytics. Achal is a part-time DJ and an avid Manchester United supporter.
I am from the maritime business/supply chain management background with a keen interest in entrepreneurship. Currently doing MBA/MS in Information Systems with a career focus on data analytics. I love traveling, hiking, and doing DIY projects.
