Co-President - Meegan graduated from Cedar Crest College in Allentown, Pennsylvania with a major in Dance and minor in Business Administration. After graduation, she worked at Cincinnati Ballet as the Operations Administrator. After four years with Cincinnati Ballet, Meegan left to pursue her MBA in order to develop her leadership and management skills.Read More
Co-President - Brittani Hradsky hails from West Michigan. She completed her undergraduate studies in political science and psychology at Saint Mary's College. Prior to joining the Smith School, Brittani was a Peace Corps Volunteer in Morocco. She's now pursuing her MBA in order to transition into a career in general management or strategy.Read More
VP of Finance - Nour Bouadis is a second-year MBA student at the Smith School of Business. With a bachelors in international business and marketing and professional experience in consulting, Nour is pursuing her MBA to pivot into a career in marketing. In addition to her role on the SAWMBA Board, Nour is the President of the Graduate Marketing Association. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and zumba.Read More
VP of Marketing - Janna is in the second-year of her dual-degree MBA/MPP program at the University of Maryland. Originally from the pacific island of Guam, a traditionally matrilineal society, Janna’s passions center around supporting women in becoming the best #LadyBosses around and recruiting male allies to amplify her mission. In her limited-spare time, Janna enjoys meeting new people and creating inclusive spaces and activities for her classmates and colleagues.Read More
VP of External Affairs - Kelly Zhang is from Shanghai, China. She received her Bachelor's degree in English and her LLM (Civil and Commercial Law) at Shanghai University. Prior to Smith, Kelly has been working as a legal specialist for five years with extensive experiences in corporate compliance, contract negotiation and foreign direct investment. Kelly is focused on Operations, Strategy and Consulting. She is board member for SAWMBA, AMBAA and MCC.Read More
Melissa Borts is an MBA candidate at the Robert H. Smith School of Business. With a passion for social impact and sustainability and a background in corporate non-profit, Melissa is working towards completing her degree with a focus in Consulting/General Management. Outside of classes, Melissa is involved with a few student engagements including: the Smith Association of Women MBAs, Net Impact, Change the World Consulting Project, and the Consulting Club. Outside of school, Melissa enjoys being outside hiking, rock climbing, and running.
Nat Tangpipith is originally from Yonkers, NY. She studied civil engineering at Syracuse University and proceeded to work as an engineer in NYC, delivering a variety of designs in bridge rehabilitation and underground utility system. Passionate about traveling, Nat have been to 15 countries and counting. In her spare time, Nat likes to explore international cuisine with her friends as well as look for new and fun activities to do.
Lacy Kline has spent most of the last 7 years working at the Obama White House in project and event management. Lacy worked as an intern in the Office of Public Engagement and a Special Assistant in the Office of Management and Administration before spending two years as the Associate Director of WH Personnel, collaborating with teams to design and introduce projects aimed at improving employee retention, leadership skills, and job satisfaction. Lacy then returned to the White House Internship Program as Director for the final two years of the Obama Administration.
Inci Kipcak is a first-year MBA Student at Robert H. Smith School of Business. She is first-year board member of SAWMBA, EMA, and IMBA. Prior to attending Smith, she worked at Colgate Palmolive as a Budget and Reporting Specialist. Inci was responsible for monthly internal and external financials preparation of the Turkey branch. Because she strongly believes in Women Empowerment, she was involved in many non-governmental organizations and clubs as a project manager to improve women's financial and social conditions in society.
Ariel Bouie is a first-year Full-Time MBA student with a focus in Supply Chain Management at the University of Maryland. Originally from Richmond Heights, Ohio, Ariel completed her undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University where she received her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering. Prior to joining the Smith School of Business, she worked for General Motors as an Industrial Engineer in Warren, Michigan where she analyzed and designed operations to improve inefficiencies in production facilities.
Joelle Wisnieski spent most of her first 18 years in Indiana, Pennsylvania then went on to receive her Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education from The University of Akron in Akron, Ohio. Before starting her MBA/MSW dual degree, she was working at Interlochen Arts Academy (IAA). IAA is a prestigious boarding school for young high school artists. At Interlochen, she acted as a Residence Hall Manager supervising a small staff of 5, directly working with 100 high school students, and managing the day-to-day operations of two physical dorm buildings.
