The Robert H. Smith’s Emerging Market Association is comprised of both domestic and international students with interest in or experience with Emerging Markets. In addition to our primary focus on geographic Emerging Markets, the EMA also seeks to improve student understanding of and exposure to emerging industries that span multiple geographic areas.

The EMA is a career-focused club, that focuses on the following objectives:

  • Fostering interaction between Smith academicians & students interested in Emerging Markets
  • Building relationships with DC area businesses and professionals involved in Emerging Markets
  • Interacting with MBA students from other DC area schools
