Kyrin is a 2018 MBA Candidate with a focus in consulting and strategy. Currently she is an active duty Naval Officer, and prior to Smith, served on active duty for four years post undergrad to include two deployments to the Middle East. Following Naval service, she would love to pursue a career that marries her passion for Consulting, IT, and the Fashion Industry.
Executive Vice President
Rakita is a 2018 MBA candidate at the Robert H. Smith School of Business focusing in Human Capital. She has over five years of experience in recruitment and employee retention within the staffing industry and most recently as a Talent Acquisition Manager with Hanover Research, a market research firm based in the Washington, DC area. Rakita has an interest in employee engagement, process improvement, and diversity and inclusion that help to create a positive environment where all can thrive.
Vice President of Finance
Zane is a 2018 dual MBA/MS in Finance Candidate, and is headed to Capital One after graduation. He is focused on financial transactions and effective management. Personally, he likes to read, play sports and help the people he is with achieve the good life.
Vice President of Diversity
Masengo is a 2018 dual MBA/MS in Real Estate Development Candidate. Prior to attending Smith, she spent five years in mortgage sales and operations at banks such as SunTrust and Citizens Bank. With an MBA concentration in Finance she is looking to transition into a role with a bank, real estate investment trust, or private equity firm that focuses on real estate and infrastructure development in sub-Saharan Africa.
Vice President of Marketing & Communications
Jonathan is a 2018 MBA Candidate with a focus in marketing and sales strategy. Prior to attending Smith he helped companies in the IT and legal industries win corporate and government contracts, coordinating their marketing, market intelligence and relationship management activities. In addition to school, he leads a non-profit organization that provides mentorship and scholarships to college-bound youth. Jonathan is interested in a self-starter role that allows him to use data, consumer insights and business relationships to identify and drive new business.
